Sound Medical Return Policy

We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality medical products at an outstanding value.  Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. 
In the event that one of our products does not meet your expectations, has sustained damage from shipping, or is the incorrect item, we will make every effort to remedy the situation. 
Please review the following guidelines, and if you have any questions, our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Discrepancies:

Please examine your packages upon receipt to ensure your order is correct. This can be done by identifying the box with the enclosed packing slip. Please keep in mind that with multi-box shipments, the packing list will be in only one box. Please confirm that you have received all of the items indicated on your packing slip and report shipping discrepancies within five business days so that we can accurately problem-solve the issue.  While we will always strive to work with you to acheive a desirable outcome, variances reported after five business days may not be credited. If the product you order is a custom order and requires a longer lead time than 7 days, a customer service representative will contact you immediately.



To request a return, please call our Customer Care Center at (910)-399-3060 prior to return to have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number assigned. If applicable, a Fed Ex or UPS pick up will be scheduled at the time of authorization. Please return products in the original packaging and packed in an additional outer box to reduce the possibility of damage during return shipping.
Non-refrigerated product must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can NOT accept returns for Refrigerated product.
Any product refused or returned without an authorized RMA may be subject to a re-stocking fee or denial of credit or replacement.
Sound Medical reserves the right to deny a return request outside of the above guidelines. After 15 days, the RMA and return option are no longer valid and will not be authorized or accepted.
