R. Kerry Clark
Retired Chairman and CEO
Cardinal Health

R. Kerry Clark is a Retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cardinal Health, a Fortune 20 company. He is currently a director of Avnet (NYSE: AVT), General Mills (NYSE: GIS), Textron (NYSE: TXT) and Bausch+Lomb Inc. He is also a partner and director at Hauser Capital Partners, LLC.

Clark joined Cardinal Health (NYSE:CAH) in April 2006 as CEO and was appointed Chairman the following year. Under his leadership, the company expanded its opportunity to help hospitals, pharmacies and clinicians make the practice and delivery of healthcare safer and more productive. This included the acquisition of medical technology leaders in respiratory care and neurophysiology (Viasys), infection prevention (Enturia) and data mining surveillance (MedMined).  In addition, Clark recruited and retained an experienced healthcare executive team that made significant improvements in enterprise capability and culture.

To further increase management and strategic focus, Cardinal Health’s clinical and medical products business was spun off as a publicly traded company called CareFusion (NYSE: CFN). Following this transaction, Cardinal’s share price appreciated significantly and CareFusion delivered added value to shareholders. Clark retired from Cardinal Health in September, 2009

Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Clark was Vice Chairman and a director of the Procter and Gamble Company (NYSE: PG).  During his 32-year career with P&G, Clark had considerable strategic, operational and corporate management responsibilities for several businesses, including laundry and cleaning products, family health and global operations.  He also held leadership positions in North America and Asia. 

Clark is currently on the boards of the Christ Hospital of Cincinnati, the Elizabeth Gamble Deaconess Home Association and the Cincinnati Zoo Foundation. He is also a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and a founding director of the Global BrightLight Foundation. He is a former member of the Healthcare Leadership Council, the Ohio Business Roundtable, the Columbus Partnership, Compete Columbus, the Soap and Detergent Association and former Chairman of the Cincinnati Zoo.

A native of Ottawa, Canada, Clark graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.  He also holds an honorary Doctorate of Commercial Science from St. Bonaventure University.



Jonathan C. Roberts
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, PBM
CVS Caremark

Jonathan C. Roberts, 56, is Executive Vice President of CVS Caremark, and Chief Operating Officer of the company’s PBM division, a position he has held since October 2010. Prior to that he served as EVP of Rx Purchasing, Pricing and Network Relations, from January 2009 to October 2010; Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of CVS Caremark Corporation from January 2006 until January 2009; Senior Vice President - Store Operations of CVS/pharmacy, Inc. from August 2002 until December 2005; and Area Vice President of Stores from April 1997 through August 2002.




Ronald W. Tysoe
Retired Vice Chairman
Federated Department Stores

Ron Tysoe served as a senior advisor at Perella Weinberg Partners LP, a boutique investment banking firm in New York, from October 2006 through September 2007. Prior to that he was vice chairman, finance and real estate, of Federated Department Stores, Inc. (now Macy's, Inc.), a position he held since April of 1990. He served as chief financial officer of Federated from 1990 to 1997, and served on the Federated board of directors from 1988 until May of 2005. Mr. Tysoe is a member of the board of directors of Cintas Corporation, a publicly-traded uniform rental and supply company, where he serves as chairman of the audit committee and a member of the corporate governance committees.

He is also a member of the board of directors of Taubman Centers, Inc., a real estate investment trust, where he serves as a member of the audit committee and executive committee. Mr. Tysoe is a member of the board of directors of Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc., a publicly-traded media and broadcasting enterprise, where he serves as chairman of the audit committee and as a member of the compensation committee. He is also a member of the board of directors of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, a publicly-traded commercial banking company, and serves as chairman of its audit committee.

In addition Mr. Tysoe is a member of the board of directors of Pzena Investment Management Inc., a publicly traded investment management firm where he serves as a member of the audit committee, the compensation committee and the corporate governance committee.

Mr. Tysoe earned Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law degrees from the University of British Columbia in 1977 and 1978, respectively.
